Salon Etiquette

Wear comfortable clothing & ideally refrain from bringing jewellery & valuables with you. Our skillful practitioners will respect your privacy. Discreet draping adorns your body throughout treatments, providing you with warmth & honouring your personal space. In consideration of others, we ask that all cellular phones & pagers be turned off. To maintain a healthy, relaxing environment for all our clients, our salon has a no-smoking policy.

Management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money, or any damage or loss to any valuables brought onto salon premises.

When to Arrive

We request your arrival 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow introductions, consultation & completion of your treatment questionnaire.

What if I am Late

Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your treatment, but will continue to incur the full treatment charge. It is as a courtesy to all our clientele, that all treatments are completed as scheduled.

Gift Certificates

Offer an Aspects Experience to friends, colleagues or family. All our treatments are available as Gift Voucher purchases. Vouchers can be packaged & delivered/dispatched to any address to meet your instructions. Request a gift certificate.

Whether it is just for you, for a corporate affair or a get together with friends, we can organise packages & special arrangements to suit. Custom designed packages, refreshment options, themed décor, hostess coordination, & transportation are particularly welcomed. A multinational team of therapists, masseuses, nail technicians, & hostess / management staff work together to produce a memorable occasion. Seven treatment rooms, including a couples room, along with a tanning room, 2 nail stations & reception waiting area. Contact us to discuss your individual needs.

Rates, Payment & Cancellation Policy

All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars & are inclusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Eftpos or Cash.

24 hour notice is required for us to reschedule your appointment, subject to availability. Any cancellation with less than 4 hours notice could incur a 50% cancellation fee. A full fee maybe imposed for a “no show”.
